Eligibility
Any NYU affiliates, including current students (graduate or undergraduate), recent alumni (Classes 2014-2024), and NYU faculty and staff who can dedicate 10 weeks to full-time work on an active venture are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
This year’s cohort is focused on the Digital & Software space. Ventures should have a digital or software component to their solution. This can be a web platform, a mobile app, a SaaS product, etc. If you think you can make a case for being in this category, please apply!
You must be actively working on your venture. You must be committed to working on your venture full-time through the summer and after the program. Preference is given to teams pursuing their venture full-time after graduation.
Up to 2 eligible team members per venture may apply to the official program, but not all team members need to be NYU students. Students will be reviewed individually, and funding and travel expenses will only be granted to those accepted as Fellows. (However, all team members may take advantage of the workspace given to Fellows).
Your venture must be beyond the idea and prototype stage. An MVP and initial traction are required.
Your venture must be for-profit with a demonstrated business model and monetization strategy.
Not participating in any other summer programs ((i.e., internships, accelerators, etc.).
Must be a founding member with a meaningful equity stake in the venture.

Graduate - you have completed at least one year of your graduate program.
Alumni - you completed an undergraduate or graduate degree between May 2017 and December 2022.
You are planning on raising funds for your venture during the summer or within 3-6 months of the program.
